Bridget, a proud native of Chicago's dynamic Southside, now calls Katy, TX, home. Her educational journey began at Kenwood Academy and continued with a degree in Communications and Labor Studies from Indiana University. She furthered her education by earning an MBA with honors from National Louis University and completing 60 credit hours toward a doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Management from the University of Phoenix.
Bridget's professional background is as diverse as it is impressive, spanning advertising, human resources, non-profits, insurance, and higher education. Since 2008, she has been dedicated to providing consultancy, teaching, and coaching services, aiming to empower organizations to align their vision with their goals and enhance performance through strategic planning, accountability, and effective execution.
Currently, Bridget is actively engaged with a Chicago-based executive outplacement firm, where she specializes in coaching executive and senior-level employees in need of outplacement services. Despite the temporary suspension of operations due to COVID-19, she remains steadfast in her commitment to revitalizing her business, The VanHolland Group LLC. Her exceptional coaching, consulting, and guidance span various fields, including careers, academics, non-profits, and business.
